A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had trouble with another company assisting us with our 333 Exemption, due to their lack of knowledge about the process. I spent several hours calling different attorney’s and aerospace consulting companies to assist me with obtaining an FAA Exemption request for my employer.  After calling no less than 10 different companies, I found Gowdy Brothers who answered most, if not all, of my questions with clarity and attentiveness unlike any of the other companies I contacted.  My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and went the extra mile time and time again to answer my questions, equip me with information, and work with me on a price and product that met my company’s needs.  They even got me my DJI Phantom 3 with accessories for approximately $300 cheaper than I found on several online sources including Amazon and DJI directly.  When it came time to submitting our FAA Exemption request, Stephen Gowdy was available and flexible to our requests and desires.  He always returned calls and emails within the day, and usually within the hour.  When navigating the difficult terrain of authoring and submitting this exemption, Gowdy Brothers was the best option for us because they not only had the knowledge we needed, but were SO easy to get a hold of and SO responsive.  Kudos to them to giving customer service that far exceeded my expectations.  I could not be more pleased.
